Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Finding My Job Hub (the "Service"), operated by Nermau ("we", "us"), based in Spain. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Who you are contracting with
Finding My Job Hub is provided by Nermau. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can reach us at support@nermau.com.
2. The Service
Finding My Job Hub is a web application that lets you record and organise your own job search: applications, interviews, notes, follow-ups, insights and reports. It is an organisational tool only — we do not find jobs for you, submit applications on your behalf, or guarantee any employment outcome.
3. Your account
- You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive, including spam;
- upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or attempts to circumvent technical limits;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or any part of it.
5. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. We retain all ownership of the Service, its software, design, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the content you enter; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely so we can provide the Service to you.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Free trial, payment and subscription terms
New accounts get a 5-day free trial with no credit card required. After that, continued use of the full Service requires a subscription of €4.99 per month, billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle. Please also read Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile. When your account ends, you can export your data beforehand as CSV; after deletion your data is permanently removed.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunities or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you enter, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new date, and material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your country of residence. We may assign this agreement as part of a merger or acquisition; you may not assign it without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
