Finding My Job Hub is provided by Nermau. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Depending on your country, you may have statutory withdrawal or refund rights.

You can request a refund through paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or contact us at support@nermau.com and we will help you.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancelling stops future payments and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
